Content Summary:
Exercise books containing the manuscript of a complete work by Woodhouse. Pasted in (lines 835/836) are a few pages of comments signed "CB", presumably Christopher Brennan. L.F. Fitzhardinge was taught by Woodhouse at Sydney University, and wrote the ADB article on him. The Elektra commentary is mentioned in early versions of L.F. Fitzhardinge's ADB article, but the reference is omitted in the published article
Immediate source of acquisition:
The original consignment was received by the Library from L. F. Fitzhardinge in 1975. One folder was added to the collection in 1998 via Pauline Fanning. The second consignment was received by the Library from G. F. Fitzhardinge in 2022.
