- The collection comprises correspondence, diaries, photographs, speeches, reports, press releases, notes, memoranda and tape recordings relating to Richard Boyer's work with organisations such as the Industries Assistance Commission, the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Tariff Advisory Committee of Papua New Guinea. Richard Boyer was born on 7 February 1923, the son of Sir Richard and Lady Boyer. He was educated at the University of Sydney and Oxford University.
