- The papers are a record of the early years of the RAAF and the role played by Sir Richard Williams. There are reports (Ellington and Salmon Reports of 1939 and 1928), correspondence with Air Force personnel and H.V.E. Evatt, then the High Court Judge. The papers include press clippings regarding World War II and defence issues and Sir Richard's career in the Air Force. There are also records concerning Sir Richard's O.B.E. award, his speeches, personal correspondence and printed material concerning aeronautics.
