This small series contains the committee's terms of reference, letters from L.A. Thompson, the committee's clerk, and J.N. Harrison concerning details of the inquiry, S. Johnston's submission entitled Legislative sentencing in Tasmania, and the report tabled in the Tasmanian Parliament in August 1962.
