Brett at the Sydney conference of I.C.J. in 1966, and correspondence with J. Minogue and E. St John, and printed material concerning the seminar on 'The rule of law in an emerging society with particular reference to Papua and New Guinea' held in Port Moresby in 1965 and attended by Barry.
