This collection comprises papers collected from Peter Self's ANU office and includes diaries, drafts of his published books, correspondence, academic publications, university documentation, photographs and various personal documents.
Biographical Note:

Peter Self (1919-1999) was an academic, author and teacher of urban planning. Born in Brighton, UK, he became Professor of Public Administration at the London School of Economics before moving to Australia where he was Professor of Urban Research at the Australian National University (ANU).
