The papers consist mainly of records of the Citizens' League, including minutes and financial records, 1930-1934, minutes of the inaugural meeting, 3 October 1930, and press cuttings, 1930-1940, relating to the League and to Federal Election campaigns. There are also miscellaneous items, including addresses and radio talks by members of the League, including Mr. Bagot, an address by E.J. Craigie M.P. on 'White Australia and Defence', attendance books for general conventions and some correspondence.
Another section contains the report of the Australian Trade Delegation to India, Ceylon and Burma, 1935-1936, records of the Conference representing Sugar Consumers, 1932, records of a meeting of the Australian Listeners' League and business documents connected with the following companies: Mt. Lofty Sports Park Ltd., Property Owners' Finance Ltd., Barclay's Syndicate Ltd. and the Progress Publishing Company.
