Biography/History: The Citizens Electoral Council of Australia is a minor nationalist political party in Australia affiliated with the international LaRouche Movement led by American political activist Lyndon LaRouche. The original CEC was established by members of the Australian League of Rights, an extreme right-wing group led by Eric Butler, in the 1980s in Queensland.
