- Constitution, undated [1930s?]; minutes of Council Meetings, 15 Jan 1958, Jan 1961, and 15 Feb 1965. Letter from Charis Young to Dr Yorke, 29 Sep 1973, re non-urban zoning of 'Hokonui', a Young family property at Katoomba, which had been purchased by the A.N.C.M. together with a pamphlet on 'Hokonui'. The house was built by Florence Young in 1915, and named after the Hokonui Hills in New Zealand which she knew as a girl.

- The papers were acquired from Charis Young's Estate, which was administered by her nephew, Peter L. Young. His sister, Patricia Braga, and her husband Stuart oversaw their transfer to the National Library of Australia.
