- Includes notices aout share dividends from the Fairymead Sugar Company and correspondence re a donation by Charis Young to a Memorial Fund for Miss Grainger Gray for work at the Russell-Cotes Nautical School, Parkstone, Dorset. The fund was set up by the Old Sandecote's Association in recognition of Gray's work for the Dr Barnardo Homes (see also box 11/folder1). There is also a pest control report for a property at 56 Boundary Road, Roseville, NSW.

- The papers were acquired from Charis Young's Estate, which was administered by her nephew, Peter L. Young. His sister, Patricia Braga, and her husband Stuart oversaw their transfer to the National Library of Australia.
