- Notebook by Margaret Young, 1897, recounting the birth of their first and second sons, Henry and Charles, and their first daughter, Marjorie Lucia together with M.E. Young's passport (1938). Queensland Kanaka Mission Textbook, 1903 with scriptural texts ( pp 1 to 43) and hymns (pp 44 to 83) which was issued as a devotional aid as well as a handbook for congregational singing. This appears to have been Margaret's personal copy.

- The papers were acquired from Charis Young's Estate, which was administered by her nephew, Peter L. Young. His sister, Patricia Braga, and her husband Stuart oversaw their transfer to the National Library of Australia.
