- This collection features black and white exhibition prints of Jack Eden's surfing photography, together with three posters relating to Surfabout : Australasian surfer and the "Jack Eden's Surfabout Revisited Collection" exhibition. Eden captured surfing and surf culture at beaches along the coastlines of New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, as well as in Hawaii. A range of events and activities are documented, such as the First World Championship and the Australian Championship, held concurrently at Manly in 1964. The images include action shots, candid beach shots and posed line-ups, featuring surfers such as Gail Couper, Peter Drouyn, Bernard "Midget" Farrelly, Phyllis O'Donnell, Ken Williams and Robert "Nat" Young.

Jack Eden (1931-2019) was an Australian surf photographer and co-founder of Surfabout : Australasian surfer magazine. Surfabout was launched in 1962, providing a forum for Eden's photography and for representing Australia's surfing culture. The magazine ceased publication in 1968. During the late 1990s to early 2000s an exhibition titled "Jack Eden's Surfabout Revisited Collection", featuring Eden's prints and associated surfing memorabilia, toured several Australian museums and galleries.
