Government in the United Kingdom, 1932-35; Public Relations Officer, G.P.O., 1935-39; Assistant Under-Secretary of State, Dominions Office, 1936-37; Member of Oversea Settlement Board, 1937-39; Public Relations Officer, Ministry of Home Security, 1939-40.
