The records of MS 1972 comprise minutes, agenda and business papers from the A.C.T. Branch monthly and annual general meetings, financial statements and receipts, Branch newsletters, reports of Branch sub-committees and Boards of Examiners, applications for L.A.A. membership, general business correspondence, correspondence between the Branch and the general secretary in Sydney, newspaper clippings, and L.A.A. handbooks. Also held are the records of LAA 50, a committee set up to organise the commemoration, in September 1987, of the founding of the Australian Institute of Librarians in 1937. A small portion of the records relate to the A.C.T. Branch of the Australian Institute of Librarians.
The collection includes: office files; Interim Board, Governing Body, NFAW Board and Subcommittee minutes and supporting papers; legal papers relating to the setting up of the Foundation and associated Trusts; financial records; and photographs, correspondence and other papers relating to the NFAW's 1990 National Women's Conference, the 1989 NFAW Launch and the organisation's newsletter, Broadside. The office files comprise the major part of the collection and include administration and financial records, Board meeting papers and those of regional NFAW groups and the Coalition of Participating Organisations of Women (CAPOW), legal documents, Trust and Award papers and Broadsideadministration records.

The MS 1146 collection includes station records for Springfield and some records of other family holdings, including Kilburn. The family papers include some relating to George Faithfull, Reginald Faithfull, William Pitt Faithfull, G.E. Faithfull, A.L. Faithfull and Frederick Faithfull Gibson. There are various records of E.R. Deane, a surveyor, relating to his work in the Goulburn district (38 boxes, 4 fol. boxes, 1 elephant fol. item).
MS 3078 contains letters written by Sir Henry to his wife Penelope from Europe during the First World War, and Paris during the Peace Conference. There is a small amount of family correspondence including letters from Gullett's children, in particular from Jo and Sue Gullett. Other letters and telegrams congratulate Gullett on his knighthood in 1933, and his appointment to the ministry in 1939. Correspondents include parliamentarians, diplomats and acquaintances in the Armed Forces, and in particular Joseph A. Lyons, Sir Robert Menzies, John Latham, Sir Henry Chauvel, Professor A.E.V. Richardson, Sir Cyril Brudenell White, Lord Gowrie, Sir Archdale Parkhill and Charles Hawker.Some notes from Gullett's early school days, ca. 1889, texts of parliamentary speeches and ministerial statements, newspaper cuttings, personal documents such as passports, letters to Lady Gullett, including one from Sir F. Gavan Duffy, and a large series on the Imperial Economic Conference in Ottawa are also contained in the collection (10 boxes).
The collection consists of editorial correspondence with Australian and overseas poets, original manuscripts in all the various stages through to publication in New Poetry or by Prism Books, material relating to the leaflet/magazine Beyond Poetry and the highly successful series of poetry readings at the Opera House, and minutes of meetings of the Poetry Society of Australia, covering the years 1973-76 when Creatrix was secretary.
The records are arranged into ten series including: Constitution, 1959-1960; correspondence, 1954-1974, including business correspondence, receipts, circulars and invitations; financial papers, 1952-1963, including receipt books, cash books, bank books, cheque butts and insurance receipts; photographs, mostly of artworks entered for the Blake Prize; membership lists, 1953-c.1955; annual reports, 1953-1961; exhibition catalogues including catalogues from the Society's main exhibitions and from regional exhibitions; printing blocks of artworks, reprinted in catalogues.
The collection comprises the only known copies of the first press release issued in Australia by an LGBTIQ+ organisation, the only copies of a considerable number of newsletters of the Daughters of Bilitis, as well as minutes from the Daughters of Bilitis meetings.
This collection comprises reproduced images of Rupert Bunny's sketchbooks with David Thomas' notations identifying related paintings, as well as reproductions of oil paintings, drawings, research papers, and exhibition catalogues. It also includes reproductions of oil paintings and sketchbooks by the artist Frederick McCubbin.
