This collection primarily comprises material created and maintained by Anna Reynolds during her time as founder and coordinator of the Climate Action Network Australia (CANA), 1998-2001. CANA is "... a network of organisations working together to protect people from climate change and its impacts, to safeguard our natural environment, and to build a fairer and healthier Australia". The collection includes conference programs, reports, correspondence, budget and funding files, website content, files relating to the World Wildlife Fund, media releases, planning and briefing documentation, subject files, tax campaigns, CANA directories, presentations, submissions and meeting files.

The collection also includes many photographs related to Moira's WWII service with the Women's Axillary Australian Air Force, the Australian Chemical Warfare Research and Experimentation Section, the Aid for India Campaign, and several family related photos. Correspondence includes many notable names such as Mother Teresa, Robert F Kennedy, Robert Menzies, Harold Holt, William McMahon, Indira Gandhi and many others.

This collection comprises the personal papers of Robert (Robbie) Swan and documents his life and career as a radio producer, publisher, journalist and lobbyist for the adult entertainment industry. Swan was founding editor of Matilda magazine in the 1980s and became involved in the burgeoning adult entertainment industry in Canberra as lobbyist for the Adult Video Industry Association, consequently becoming involved in debates and campaigns around censorship. In 1992 he teamed up with partner, Fiona Patten, to form the Eros Foundation and later co-founded the Australian Sex Party (now the Reason Party).

This collection comprises records of the International Alliance of Women spanning 1981-2022 collected by Patricia Richardson. There are papers, programs, travel documents and photographs relating to congresses and international meetings. Correspondence relates to Richardson's role as the membership secretary (1996-2018) and board member. The collection includes electronic copies of the organisation's journal as well as files with correspondence and newsletters relating to the Women's Electoral Lobby (1984-1990). Of note in this collection are the 2004 Centenary booklet and the newsletter containing the Eulogy for long time President Dame Margery Corbett-Ashby.

MS Acc09.091 and MS Acc09.113 consignments comprise press cuttings, articles, correspondence and documents relating to policies of the National Library of Australia on collection development and information technology such as Kinetica and World 1 project, the National Document and Information System (NDIS). The World 1 project, an electric network connecting Australian and New Zealand libraries, was to be a system that would link libraries around Australia and provide electronic access to international materials not held by the Library.

Material also relates to Alan's career including his time as Commonwealth Crown Solicitor, Secretary to the Attorney-General's Department and Federal Court Judge. Also included are family history papers relating to: the Dalgleish and Hilton families, Jean's maternal and paternal sides; the Neaves family including typed copies of Henry Herbert Neaves', Alan's father, "War Diary of Captain H.H. Neaves"; the Jones family, Alan's maternal side; and, extended families including Kelly and Hoskins.
