There are conference papers, discussion papers, branch correspondence, building contracts and plans, conference reports, constitution papers, Parliamentary submissions, minutes and by-laws.

MS Acc11.079 comprises papers relating to Axel Clark's career as an academic and author. Included is research material relating to Clark's books on Henry Handel Richardson, drafts of his writings, copies of his M.A. and Ph.D. theses together with copies of theses by students that he supervised. There is also a large group of letters from friends and colleagues, spanning a number of years. Correspondents include Betty Caplan, Jane Carnegie, A.R. Chisholm, Frank Engel and Helen Garner.

The collection includes four bound volumes of photocopied newspaper clippings titled "Western Australian Christian Brothers boys homes and child migration, 1992-3", "Newspaper comment concerning the child migration controversy. Book two", "Sexual abuse crisis: Canadian Catholic Church, 1989-1997", and "The sexual abuse crisis: Australian Catholic Church, 1990s". The collection also contains drafts of a series of articles on the sexual abuse of children since the early 19th century, articles on Christian Brothers' orphanages and the draft of a longer paper titled, "The sexual abuse question" (3 boxes).The Acc08/187 instalment comprises research articles on British and Maltese child migration, Coldrey's submission to a Senate inquiry into child migration, related research notes, correspondence, photographs and copies of journal articles by others on the same subject (1 box).The Acc09.32 instalment includes photocopies of newsclippings from Canadian newspapers relating to the sexual abuse crisis in the Canadian Church 1989-1997 (1 packet).The Acc09.47 instalment is a small collection of material written by Coldrey and gathered from the press regarding sexual abuse in the Catholic Church by clergy (1 packet).The Acc09.120 instalment consists of two spiral bound volumes of the author's news clippings. Volume 1 is mostly concerned with child migration or sexual abuse in orphanages. The second volume contains correspondence relating to and reviews of Coldrey's book, Faith and fatherland: the Christian Brothers and the development of Irish nationalism 1838-1921, published in 1988. The collection comprises forty-nine handwritten and typed letters written by Gwen Harwood to Barry Hassell Keane, between 1973 and 1995. The letters are a combination of practical comments, suggestions of journals to send poetry to for publication, poetry prizes to enter, news, and chat of daily life. The letters reflect the role a nationally significant poet played in mentoring a fellow poet and author. Three of the letters from Gwen Harwood to Barry Hassell Keane were published in 'A Steady Storm of Correspondence', in 2001, by the University of Queensland Press and edited by Greg Kratzman, appearing on pages 304, 337 and 356. Poetry written by Barry Hassell Keane is also included accompanied with Gwen Harwood's comments, notes and suggestions on his poetry throughout many decades. The majority of the pieces commented on in these notes were included in Barry Hassell Keane's collection 'West of the Divide' which he forwared to Angus and Robertson in either 1983 or 1984. A complete copy of the manuscript 'West of the Divide' written by Barry Hassell Keane, two handmade greeting cards both featuring a photograph by Gwen Harwood, two greeting cards sent to Gwen Harwood by her daughter, Mary Harwood, postcards, and newspaper articles are also included in the collection.

There are also receipts, invoices, and other documentation relating to her only published book Santa Claus and the Shadow. Also included in this collection is the Papers of Percy White, Beatrice's husband. Percy's archive comprises photographs, genealogical research, and correspondence between the family.
