Printed materials in the PROMPT collection include programs and printed ephemera such as brochures, leaflets, tickets, etc. Theatre programs are taken as the prime documentary evidence of a performance. The list is based on imperfect holdings, and is updated as gaps in the Library's holdings are filled. Unless otherwise stated, all entries are based on published programs in the PROMPT collection.

On 14 October 2023, Australians voted in a referendum about whether to change the Constitution to recognise the First Peoples of Australia by establishing a body called the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice. This collection documents a forum held in Rockdale Town Hall as part of the preceding campaign. The Minister for Indigenous Australians the Hon Linda Burney MP was a member of the forum panel.

This collection documents a forum held in Burwood, N.S.W. as part of the preceding campaign. Campaigner Mr Nyunggai Warren Mundine AO was on the panel and this forum's theme was "How the Voice Referendum will divide Australians forever if you vote 'Yes'."

There are administrative papers concerning business dealt with the Department of Home Affairs during the years 1910-1913 and 1915-1916 when O'Malley was Minister. There are also some other papers of government business of an earlier date - such as old age pensions - which were dealt with by O'Malley. This material is found in Series 1.
